Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with Anna


Kundalini yoga uses postures, chanting and meditation to help us connect to the divine teacher within. This practice helps move energy along the spine, stimulates the endocrine system, decreases stress and eliminates toxins. Kundalini yoga can help to clear subconscious conditioning that no longer serves us. It can be helpful for those living with mental illness and addiction. It promotes positive self-esteem and forward momentum in new directions.

Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) is accessible to all people, all genders, all sexual identities and orientations, all races, classes, ages, abilities, sizes, and all language backgrounds. All levels are welcome! This class is perfect for both beginners and experienced yogis who wish to add mantra and meditation to their practice. Suggested Donation $5-10.
